Mahesh Babu and Trivikram, who together scripted the mega blockbuster ‘Athadu‘, team up again for ‘Kaleja‘. The action entertainer was tentatively titled ‘Varudu’ in the beginning, but the director made some changes to the script later and hence the name change. Anushka stars in the female lead. The film will hit the cinemas by the end of November, it is reported.

The film is produced by Singanamala Ramesh under Kanakarathna Movies banner. The cast includes Prakash Raj, Brahmanandam, Venu Madhav, Tanikella Bharani, Shafi, Ali, Nassar and Sunil.

Mahesh Babu plays a taxi driver in ‘Kaleja’ and Prakashraj is the villain. Bollywood cameraman Sunil Patel, of ‘Hum Tum’ and ‘Bachna Ae Haseeno’ fame cranks the camera and Mani Sharma scores the music.

Power Star Pawan Kalyan is playing an important role in Singeetam Srinivas Rao’s multi-lingual directorial on Lord Jesus Christ. Now, the latest news is hot and glamorous actress Anushka is penciled in as female lead opposite Pawan Kalyan.

The movie has already completed few schedules earlier at Israel and Turkey and the new schedule will take place at Jordan and Italy soon. Based on the backdrop of Jesus Christ, the film casts many children between the age 10 and 14.

Music for the film is being scored by Devisri Prasad, art is by Bhupesh and cinematography is by Sekhar V Joseph. JK Bharavi has penned the script and Konda Krishnam Raju is producing it. This yet-to–be titled film will release in November in Telugu, English, Hindi and Malayalam versions simultaneously.

If reports are to be believed, Prabhas new film Rebel is all set to commence its shooting from 2nd January. Rebel is said to be an action packed entertainer with all necessary commercial elements.

Anushka is pairing up with Prabhas for the second time after Billa. Being directed by Lawrence and produced by  Bhagavan and J Pulla Rao under Sri Balaji Cine Media banner, the film has music by Thaman.
